- Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree/program from a recognized university/institution.
- A minimum CGPA of 2.0 at the bachelor’s level from Pokhara University, or a minimum of second division or equivalent grade at the bachelor’s level from another recognized university/institution.
